Kasey has been an executive recruiter with the DAC Company and head of candidate
research for the last four years. His expertise is in client development and
fulfilling client management. He understands the specific needs of his clients
and professionally presents their opportunities to the most appropriate candidates
in the field. Kasey works with candidates to create compelling presentations of their credentials. He formally introduces them to only those clients with
whom the candidate has expressed definitive interest and whose opportunities
for which they are genuinely qualified. He has taken A+ candidates over the
phone and made their resumes A+ on paper by branding their unique background
and focusing on their contributions. He then markets them as the solution to
the needs of the hiring manager.
Kasey arrived at the DAC Company from Bergensons Property Management where he was an Area Manager and was responsible for staffing in a four state territory and managed national retail chains of 100+ sites. He spends his free time with his wife Gina, two sons Ryan and Jack, and enjoys playing competitive softball and basketball.
