Doug began Dyer and Associates Consulting Company in 1998, concentrating his service to Automotive Vendors, B2B sales, and software and marketing professionals throughout the United States and Canada. More than a decade later Doug is still acting President and CEO of The DAC Company and is a nationally renowned executive search specialist who has spent his entire career in the recruiting and career consulting business.
After graduating in 1997 from Ohio University in Athens, OH and receiving a B.S. in Communications, Doug began his career in recruiting at Management Recruiters International (MRI), one of the largest search and placement firms in the country. Doug quickly realized a passion for the business and started Dyer and Associates Consulting Company, specializing in the auto industry.
Doug has been married to his wife Angie for 11 years and his children, Sydney and Drew, keep him busy when he is not playing softball, flag football and watching his Cleveland sports teams as well as his beloved Duke Blue Devils.
Doug has helped over a thousand people move their careers forward with career coaching and resume critiquing/writing, as well as keeping an eye on the clients' bottom lines by bringing revenue producing achievers and the superstar candidates to them.
Doug has assembled teams that participated in company turn-around activities and specializes in placing managers and executives in key roles with a focus on automotive, B2B sales, and marketing professionals.
